The Indian Space Research Organisation on Monday successfully launched the Navic constellation from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. The spacecraft lifted off at 10:42 am from Sriharikota to deploy the 2,232-kilogram spacecraft NVS-1 into geosynchronous orbit. The spacecraft deployed the mission 18 minutes after launch from India.
