A.1 Core Data

The data which you provide for Registration is Name, Mobile no and otp will be required . As Qoneqt is an authenticated user platform verification is mandatory whereby user provides additional data of email id, Date of Birth, Gender , Nationality , Face verification & email verification.

A.2 Non-Core Data

In the profile section users provide self-information related to Address and interest to make the profile complete.

For payment purposes third party applications like PayPal, etc. also collect data related to their respective platforms.

Active user's data regarding posts, comments, articles and videos will not be the part of data collection. However, if someone reports the content to be inappropriate, platform's discretion on removal of data will be retained.

Data can also be collected from third party applications and sources to enrich the experience on platform.

For the security of users, data of your logging information with IP addresses will also be collected to avoid misuse of accounts.

Our app may offer the option to purchase virtual items such as "diamonds" using real money. These diamonds can be used within the app for various features or services.

Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Diamonds are virtual items that users can purchase and use within the app. These diamonds may be used for:

a. Gifting content creators on posts

b. Joining paid groups or exclusive communities

c. Accessing premium features or content (if applicable)

When you use diamonds for gifting or joining paid groups, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed once completed.

When you subscribe, Apple shares your transaction details with us (e.g., subscription status, plan type) but not your full payment information. We use this to provide you access to premium features and token limits.

Your conversations with QAI may be stored to improve the service, provide context in chats, and enhance AI responses. You can delete your chat history from settings.

Qoneqt is committed to protecting children and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Our platform is intended only for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18.

Any content, images, videos, chats, profiles, or behavior that suggests or depicts child sexual exploitation, abuse, or involvement of minors will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

We actively use detection tools and manual review processes to identify and remove such prohibited content.

We report confirmed cases of CSAM to relevant authorities and organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required.

Users are encouraged to report any suspected child safety violations through our in-app reporting tools.
