Adani vs Hindenburg Live Updates: The Supreme Court has consituted a committee led by Justice Sapre, a retired judge of the Supreme Court for the Adani-Hindenburg Saga. The committee will include members like OP Bhatt, KV Kamath, Nandan Nilekani, and Somsekhar Sundaresan. It will bring finality in a time-bound manner. Please note that at this point in time, the Company has not signed any definitive agreement for debt facilities which are not in normal course of business and which would require any disclosure. However, a day later, the Supreme Court rejects the government’s move to submit in a sealed envelope suggestions on an expert panel and said that it will appoint its own committee to look at investor protection issues in light of the wealth erosion in Adani group stocks following the Hindenburg report. “We completely deny this baseless speculation.
