Samantha Ruth Prabhu's Shaakuntalam release postponed; reason for delay not revealed. Check out new date
Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming Telugu film Shaakuntalam, which was supposed to be released in cinemas on February 17, has been postponed by a couple of months. The film, produced and directed by Gunasekhar, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. In 2020, speaking at the launch of the movie recently, Samantha said that this will be her dream project and dream role. Speaking at the event, an emotional Samantha said her love for cinema hasn’t changed amid all the recent life struggles. The film turned out to be a hit at the box office and had grossed around ₹40 crores during its theatrical run. Source: Hindustan Times
