    Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg believes he was thoughtful, planned layoffs better than Twitter

    The tech industry is going through a tough time right now.
    According to Business Insider, Meta CEO believes that he was more thoughtful and handled the layoffs much better than Musk.
    The entire process left many confused and in distress.
    I want to take accountability for these decisions and for how we got here," Zuckerberg told employees.
    The Meta CEO also apologized to impacted employees for throwing them in such a situation.
    The company also said that laid off employees will get all remaining PTO time, November 15, 2022 vesting, cost of healthcare for them and families for six months, and three months of career support with an external vendor.
