Keystone Realtors has already raised over Rs 190 crore from anchor investors.(File) Mumbai-based realty firm Keystone Realtors will hit the capital market on Monday to raise Rs 635 crore through its Initial Public Offer (IPO). "I am positive that the public will understand our achievements and for the long run we will offer great returns," Irani told PTI. The issue will open for public subscription on November 14 and conclude on November 16. The proceeds will also be used to fund the acquisition of future real estate projects and general corporate purposes. It has decided to allot 35.21 lakh equity shares to 16 anchor investors at Rs 541 apiece, taking the transaction size to Rs 190.5 crore, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website.
