'Working on your startup while...': This entrepreneur shares simple tips for starting a business

College is the best time to start with your resume, says Anubhav Dubey, founder of Chai Sutta Bar. The entrepreneur, taking to Twitter, said that college is the best time for a person to dream and create a startup based on that idea. Dubey, a successful gambler, wrote that college is the best time because there is time to fail and move on.

Dubey suggested that students should not fall into the trap of thinking or gaining experience. He insisted that it is only when we start things that we improve. "Don't fall into the trap of thinking or experiencing," he wrote. Dubey, who hails from Madhya Pradesh, came to Delhi to crack UPSC and became an IAS officer. It was when his friend Anand Nayak came up with a business idea together and something clicked that they started working to start Chai Sutta Bar. The tea chain, which started with an investment of Rs 3 lakh, now has a turnover of over Rs 100 crore.

As Dubey says, tea is one of the most widely consumed commodities in India, so it has a huge market share. Currently, the brand has 165 outlets and employs more than 100 people.
